This web site has been designed and laid out to provide you with
easy access to any page within this site. The following
paragraphs discuss items that will assist you in moving about the
site and providing information for a few of the forms.
The first thing to note is that there is a menu of items down
the left side of the web site. These "hot" buttons
(home, help, about us, our services, new customers, etc)
will allow you to easily access the pages within the web site.
By moving the mouse pointer over any of these items and by
"clicking" on the item, you will go to that page.
This page style is used almost exclusively within the site.
I say "almost" because there are a few on this site that
require a bit more space and in that case the buttons that appear
on the left side will appear across the top of the page just under
the web site banner and page title.
Each page has a title so that you will always know what page you
are on. The title of this page is "help" and as
you move about our site this title will change.
On any page that contains a form to be filled in (i.e. contact
us) the cursor will always be positioned to the first field that
needs to be filled. To move to the next field on the page
simply press the Tab key on your keyboard.
This site also uses a variety of buttons that look like this:

These buttons are also "hot spots" and when
"clicked" will cause some action to take place.
The "submit" button is usually used to submit a
form that you have filled out for processing. The
"continue" button simply continues a process,
usually from one page to the next. We believe you will find
most of them simple and easy to understand.
STATEMENTS:
You can display your statement at any time and can even print a
copy of your statement. When your statement is displayed you
can select the "printer friendly" button in the
upper right-hand side to view you statement without and web page
headers or footers. Before you print this page select
"FILE" from the header and select "page
setup." Set the page to print in "landscape"
mode, not the "portrait" mode. When you are
finished printing your statement use the "back" button
to return to the website.
